We had an awesome experience , francisco was super helpful in helping me with transportation and any questions concerning the tour, I actually got stuck at zip lining and was about to miss the night tour , he went out of his way to have my transportation change course and pick us up. Felipe our Giude was awesome, funny and very knowledgeable, we saw a crocodile, bunch of snakes , bats , birds , frogs , etc, really awesome experience to get a feel for nightlife in the river going through the forest.

One of my highlights of my Costa Rica trip. Felipe was a brilliant guide, providing us with great information and jokes! His eye for spotting the wildlife was unbelievable. Fransisco is so helpful and friendly. We did the Mangrove Night Tour and I can highly recommend it. We saw lots of animals like a sloth, crocodiles, several snakes, raccoons, Jesus Christ lizards, kingfishers and more.

This review is specifically about their customer service and employees as I was not able to attend the tour in the end. There are no refunds for last minute cancellations which they are upfront about and I had no problem with - that's standard practice. But what I will say is their employees are absolutely top notch - sweetest crew ever. I had a personal issue come up and Francisco in particular went above and beyond to try to help me out. Communicative, compassionate, creative problem solver, and just a genuinely kind person. I've never experienced a business being so human before. These guys are great.
